Step 1 - Consultation

The first step in our process is getting to know you and your green space, we sit down and discuss your vision for your garden and the funcionality of your piece, this may also include a site visit so we can build access and structural needs into the plan.

Step 2 - Design

After we've met you and heard what you are looking for we beginning sketching and planning some design options for you to choose from. We carefully consider material choice, durability, installation and evrything to ensure an incredible finished piece.

Step 3 - Build

We prototype and build your dream garden piece with the highest grade raw materials including corten, 316 stainless steel, copper, bronze and aluminium, sourcing as much from the uk as possible.

Step 4 - Delivery & Installation

Time to hit the road. We take great care in packaging and shipping your items and aim to deliver 7-10 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries are made during standard working hours, Monday to Friday.

Where are your garden accessories made?

All of our garden metal work is made to order by us in our two man workshop in the centre of the UK in Rutland.
How do bespoke services work?

Get in touch with us if you are interested in custom metal work for your home or business. Jamie and Tim will arrange a meeting to discuss your projects needs, style choices, budget, location and timeline, and may discuss a site visit. Next the team will create design ideas for you to approve and get to work building your sculpture, planter, fence or anything else you require. Once you have signed off your pieces we will arrange deliver and if required installation.
What are your garden products made from?

All of our products made from the highest grade raw materials the market can offer including corten steel, 316 stainless steel, copper, and bronze aluminium with as much coming from the UK as possible.
Do you deliver?

At the gardeners forge, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality custom metalwork for your garden and outdoor spaces. To ensure that your order is crafted to perfection, we have a standard delivery policy in place.
What if I’m not happy with my order?

At the gardeners forge, we strive to deliver high-quality, bespoke garden products that exceed your expectations. How long will delivery take?

All of our products are made to order and our standard lead time for all orders is 3-6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. This allows us to carefully design, craft, and finish your metal garden pieces to the highest standards.
