  2. Crafting and Production: Our team will begin working on your order immediately, ensuring that every detail is meticulously crafted to meet your specifications.

  3. Dispatch: Once your order is complete and quality-checked, we will prepare it for dispatch. You will receive an email notification confirming your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

  4. Delivery Window: Our typical delivery window is within 7-10 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries are made during standard working hours, Monday to Friday.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Areas:

We deliver to most regions. However, please contact us for more specific information if you're located in a remote or hard-to-reach area.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, if you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as per our returns policy.

Returns Process:

  • Eligibility: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are typically only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described in your order. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault.
